"I wish to request a membership number and become a member by acknowledging, agreeing to, and accepting the terms and conditions as follows:"

1. I agree to allow Amorepacific (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") to proceed with the application for me to become a member until I provide a written notice to cancel my membership.
2. "I agree and consent to all information of mine that appears in this application and/or information arising from this membership (collectively referred to as "Information") becoming the property of the company."
3. I acknowledge that the purpose of the company's data collection is to develop products and services for participating stores in the project. The company will use the information in accordance with the objectives of membership and to benefit me as determined by the company.
4. I agree and consent to the company disclosing, using, or exchanging information with other parties within the scope of the law and for my benefit.
5. In the event of a dispute regarding membership points, I agree and accept that the company has the authority to review and adjust points retroactively for no more than 6 months, and the company's decision shall be final.
6. I acknowledge that the benefits offered by the company to each member may vary, depending on each member's purchase history, the promotional items of each type, and/or the company's marketing policies.
7. I agree and accept that if I return the products purchased from the participating stores with the company, I must return the accumulated points received as well as any prizes redeemed from the accumulated points, or return them in cash equivalent to the value of the prizes.
8. I agree and accept that the company has the right to reject this application or can cancel the membership without the need to specify the reasons for such rejection/cancellation.
9. I accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of membership as set forth by the company at the time of submitting the application, including any amendments or changes that may occur in the future, without prior notice from the company.
10. I agree and accept that the company has the sole and absolute right to change the terms of membership/gifts provided for exchange and various privileges without prior notice.
11. In the event of a dispute arising from membership, the company's decision shall be final.
12. The company reserves the right to cancel membership or change the terms of benefits without prior notice.
13. I agree to allow the company to use and disclose my information such as my name, surname, and contact information to companies in the Amorepacific group and/or affiliated companies and/or companies that are business partners with the company ("other parties") to inform me about news and information including offers of products and/or other services that I may be interested in. In this case, the company must require other parties to use my information with the same care as the company. Furthermore, the company must require those parties to use my information only as instructed by the company and according to the guidelines set by the company.
